Law Environmental Health and Safety Solutions provides a full range of professional services to evaluate health & safety hazards associated with indoor environments throughout the Southeastern United States. Sandy Grenville

Owner/President

Sandy has 30 plus years of experience and education in environmental assessment, sampling and investigation. Her experience includes all aspects of field operations performing continuous air pollutant and meteorological monitoring, air monitoring site installation and calibration, particulate and air toxics sampler calibration, repair, data acquisition and validation. Sandy also has extensive experience in training technicians on the use and maintenance of air monitoring, particulate sampling and wet deposition equipment. She has experience in the collection and chemical analysis of wastewater, groundwater and hazardous waste and QA/QC management of laboratory data. Sandy also has extensive experience in conducting routine Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and building science investigations related to residential properties, multi-story units, and large commercial facilities.


Sandy's project experience include Field Survey Quality Assurance Program for the National Atmospheric Deposition Program (NADP); QA Field Auditor for the Site Audit Program for Clean Air Status and Trends (CASTNET); Field Supervisor for the State of Georgia Ambient Air Monitoring Program; Quality Assurance Officer for CASTNET; Gulf of Mexico Ozone Study (GMOS); Nutrients Analyst for wastewater treatment plants, ponds and sewage; IAQ investigations on diverse multi-story commercial facilities, small commercial facilities, large multi-family, multi-story residential facilities, and single family homes; Methamphetamine Laboratory Assessments and Building Science/Construction Defect Investigations; HVAC system evaluations in commercial office complexes and residences; and initial investigation, oversight services, and post remediation assessments for small and large scale remediation projects.

Lisa Rowell

Industrial Hygienist

Lisa has 25 years of experience and education in environmental assessment and investigation. She has actively participated in conducting routine Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and building science investigations related to residential properties, multi-story units, and large commercial facilities. She has experience in a wide range of environmental applications, which include performing Environmental Site Assessments (ESA's) in search of hazardous wastes; collecting water and soil samples for laboratory analysis and environmental quality studies; interviewing, preparing statements, and collecting evidence to produce investigative reports on results of findings; advise clients on proper disposal of toxic and hazardous materials; and recommend remediation of contaminants when necessary. She also has a wide range of experience in environmental health applications including collecting blood from local citizens of Zimbabwe and testing for HIV/AIDS virus; traveling throughout Africa testing children for parasitic diseases; testing blood, urine, and feces for presence of eggs, adult parasites, or any other pathogens; and administering medications as prescribed by physicians.


Lisa's project experience includes IAQ investigations on diverse multi-story commercial facilities, small commercial facilities, large multi-family, multi-story residential facilities, and single family homes; temperature, relative humidity, and CO2 monitoring; Thermal Imaging Evaluations; mVOC and tVOC sampling; silica and construction debris monitoring; HVAC system evaluations in commercial office complexes and residences; initial investigation, oversight services, and post remediation assessments for small and large scale remediation projects; Black Soot Syndrome, Dirty House Syndrome, and infectious disease assessments; Tear gas investigations; soil and water sampling for laboratory analysis and environmental quality studies; Chinese Drywall Investigations; Methamphetamine Laboratory Assessments and Building Science/Construction Defect Investigations.
